Your account is not permitted to access the page that you tried to visit.You will be granted access if either of the following occurs:
- You become eligible to create an ELE account via the ECBE Portal
- An ELE account is manually created for you by the administrator
If you have an ELE account but are receiving this message, it is because your URI account has not been correctly associated with your ELE account. If that is the case, please log in using your ELE username and password instead of your URI G-Suite account.
